Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of chamberforai.com (the “Service“), operated by Chamber for AI (“we“, “us“, or “our“). By creating an account, listing a business, or using any part of the Service, you (“you” or “Member“) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Chamber for AI is a directory of U.S. businesses designed to be referenced by AI assistants and search engines. We publish business profiles you submit, generate structured data (LocalBusiness schema), and make this information discoverable. We do not guarantee that any specific AI assistant or search engine will surface your listing, nor do we guarantee any traffic, leads, or sales.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to bind the business you are listing, and be a U.S.-based business or an authorized representative of one. You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law.
3. Account registration and security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@chamberforai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Listing content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (business name, description, photos, services, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service, including syndicating to AI assistants and search engines.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have permission to use all content you submit, including photos and trademarks.
- The information is accurate, not misleading, and not deceptive.
- The content does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights and does not violate any law.
- You will not list a business you are not authorized to represent.
We may remove or modify any listing or content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or harms users, the Service, or third parties.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
The Service offers a free tier and paid tiers (currently “Verified” and “Authority”). Paid tiers are billed by Stripe in U.S. dollars on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@chamberforai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features through that date.
- Refunds: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid term of any new subscription. Email us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Price changes: we may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply to the next renewal.
- Taxes: stated prices do not include applicable taxes; you are responsible for taxes assessed in your jurisdiction.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails and is not cured within 10 days, we may suspend or remove paid features.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- List a business that does not exist, is not legally operating, or that you do not represent.
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or business.
- Scrape, crawl, or copy the Service in bulk except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt and AI manifest.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or paid-tier gating.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code, branding, and all materials we publish (other than user-submitted listing content) are owned by Chamber for AI or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
8. DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice including (i) your contact information, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work, (iii) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief, (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized, and (vi) your physical or electronic signature, to info@chamberforai.com.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or any listing at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or any conduct we deem harmful. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14) survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or that AI assistants will reference your listing. We do not endorse and are not responsible for content posted by Members.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chamber for AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chamber for AI and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and Chamber for AI agree to waive any right to a jury trial. You may bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Chamber for AI regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
