Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep paid features through that date.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Your listing stays live on the Free tier. You keep your business profile, your basic LocalBusiness schema, and your spot in the registry. You lose the verified or authority badge and the AI optimization audits.
Do you offer monthly or annual billing?
Annual billing is the only option. Annual saves you roughly two months versus paying month-to-month.
Is my card information safe?
We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We only see the brand, last four digits, and billing email so we can issue receipts.
Can I upgrade from Verified to Authority later?
Yes, instantly. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle and your Authority badge goes live within 4 hours of upgrade.
Do AI engines actually read this registry?
Yes. Our robots.txt and AI manifest are configured for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Each listing publishes structured LocalBusiness data those engines crawl and reference when their users ask local-business questions.
I don’t see my industry on the homepage. Can I still list?
Yes. The icons on the homepage are examples. Any U.S. service business or B2B company is eligible.
